How does iphone 5s cope with latest ios?

Hey all,

Have an xperia Z3 currently but having cracked two screen protectors now at work I've decided I want something smaller in my pocket again. Am wondering how well the 5s copes with the latest iOS as I would rather wait for the iphone 7 instead of getting a 6s now. The 5s is cheap 'ish' as a used 64gb item and this amount of storage should tie me over until next year.

I'm happy with it (ok, I'm getting a 6S on Friday). Barely any noticeable lag at all, so it should be fine for a year.

I've got a 6S+ coming too as I want a bigger display. However, the 5S will handle it without any issues (iOS 9.1 beta here), you'll be hard pressed to find any significant differences between it and the 6.

I have a 5s running iOS 9 and it's doing a great job so far. Can't find a major difference between it and iOS 8 with regard to performance though. Only thing that would make me upgrade would be to the large screen and better battery. I have it almost 2 years and it's holding up really well

I have a 5 running iOS 9 and it's no worse than 8 was.

Running fine on my 5s as well. However it's time for a new phone and a bigger screen for me as well.
