How does my system stand?

DDR stands for Double Data Rate, meaning the frequency will be actually be double.

Might just be CPUID reading wrong, for example my CPUTIN is at 128°C and my OCZ is at 128°C

Im using fan cooling, and the A50 heatsink.

in that case you dont have a problem. the corsairs fans are not PWM and only run at full speed iirc (perhaps with the option of a resistor cable)

12V 11.88
Still low but not as low as hardware monitors power assumption...? should i be concerned?

cpuid reads my 12v as 90v on one of my computers

best thing you could do is buy a volt meter (around £5 - £10 not that much) and measure the different 12v lines coming from the power supply

Nothing to worry about with that, it will fluctuate at times, my 12V is currently @ 12.08, but will go down to 11.96 at times. Its all perfectly normal so don't worry. Just enjoy your new build.
