How does one find the EXIF?

Sorry if I'm being a noob, but how do I view a photo's Exif data? Do I need a particular program or is it viewable in Photoshop?

You should be able to right click on the photo file itself, then click on properties, then click on summary, you may have to then click on the advanced tab.

Err not sure if Photoshop lets you view the exif data, it might, but I don't use it to do so.

Adobe Bridge, or Lightroom will let you. Also I can see it on the properties If i right click in Windows select Properties -> Summary -> Advanced. I'm not sure if that is something I've added in though?

For my own photos, the tools that came with my Canon camera do the job.

But on the web, I use this plugin for Firefox:

With the plugin, simply:

Right click on image -> View Image Exif data

Or if you use Opera as your internet browser, you just right click on the image and go to properties. I love Opera.

I right click -> properties -> summary -> advanced.
Also, there is freeware called Exif Reader. Somewhere out on the interweb.

there's an AddOn for firefox called 'FxiF' that lets you see it.

i use Iexif, and you can find out in photoshop under File>File info.
