How does the Zalman CNPS9700 compare?

Just a quick question about air coolers,

So far all the pc's i have built have had zalman coolers and this is the next step for me (Zalman CNPS9700-LED Aero Flower)

All the reviews on here though seem to rave the tuniq tower or other "massive" coolers.

I dont quite understand the c/w ratio so i dont know weither higher or lower is better or weither it really matters in real life situations.

So a definitive answer.... (although it will be hard to sway me)
Cooling wise whats the differences berween the "top end" coolers?

(I aim to use on a Qx6700)
