How does this look?

Got these parts to put together and wanted to run it by you guys who know more than myself.

AMD Athlon64 Dual Core 4600+ 939 with Arctic Cooler freezer 64pro+ Arctic Silver5
DFI Lan-Parti 939 NF4 DR-Expert Dual Channel SLI MOBO
1GB Twin 512 Corsair XMS
150/80 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm NCQ SATA
700W OCZ Gamer Extreme SLI ready PSU
2x 256MB XFX 6800GS XXX
X-Fi Sound Card

Hard drives, memory, sound and one of the XFX cards i already had. Bought everyting else and built it round the Athlon 4600+ i got through the price cut.
How do you think it'll shape up?

Will be a good powerful system, will run all the latest games with no problems at all. Should overclock nicely aswell.

You might want to invest in 2gb of RAM to play the LATEST games at highest, otherwise there's bound to be some rough chugging.

Yeah was thinking that. The DFI board has four slots. Will it cause me any hassle to still in another matched pair of Corsair XMS 512's?

They won't run at 1T which will lower performance by about 5-15% depending on what you are doing. 2x1gb would be better.

I would say overkill PSU, 2gb of ram and if you going for the GS then the 512 is an extra £20 each card???
