Hi can you's please check out my basket and make sure it all works together , and also would you change anything ?? i do try to plan and overclock a bit if possible , but most of all i want stability.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £1,371.91 (includes shipping: £0.00)

comments ?

edit also do i need thermal paste ??

That h100i should come with TIM already applied to the cold plate.

You could scrape it off and use your own. But i don't think it is necessary to buy thermal paste.

Go with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut if you are buying extra paste.

Also the Alphacool Eisbaer LT 240mm and 360mm versions are both cheaper. If you can fit a 360mm rad in your case then the bigger one is a no brainer.

Or the 360mm for the same price...

I'm also thinking on getting an M2 hard drive as my current SSD is like 250gb and is 3-4 year old tech , i think its an 840 evo
Is this a good choice ( i want about 500gb ) for the above set up / motherboard ? i plan to use this as my main O/S and games drive

If you want NVMe then no need for the Pro version.

Decent bundle :)

Thanks for the heads up.
what advantage would the pro get me ? as they both seem similar read / write speeds

The PRO has slightly better endurance (600TBW vs 300TBW for the 500GB) and is a bit faster, but for a general gaming/desktop pc you won't really notice the difference.

Ahhh thannks i see then , so the pro will last longer , but more than likely be outdated from a tech point of view

i did look at this bundle earlier , but was concerned as it was the older X370 chipset , would this be an issue ??

They both have 5 years warranty, but the PRO has the longer TBW (Terabytes Written) so for example if you were building a workstation and writing lots of data to the SSD then the PRO is worth the bit extra. For a gaming pc the EVO will do fine (Or the WD Black).
