this will be built for me, but will be built for gaming. the cost was £1048 delivered. I don't know if i will really need that graphics card, the alternaltive will be a 256MB GEFORCE 7900GT PCI Express + DVI + DVI + TV-OUT for £150 less??

I'm been getting my head around what to do all day I've gone from just upgrading my current pc to buying a whole new rig, so my brain is pretty fried now.
 
Looks good, if it was me i would have gone with a bigger HD, but its your choice. maybe even do a raid
 
A few suggestions, I would seriously consider getting a different hard drive - take a look at the Seagate 7200.10 range.

I would also consider getting a different power supply. Reason being that its not a very high wattage and I'm sure I've heard people having problem with it overheating due to its fanless design, plus its rather expensive because of this. Ones to look for are Tagan, OCZ, Seasonic, Enermax....

Lastly, edit that screenshot (*graphics card*)
 
the screenshot if you click on it it'll resize. basically my problem is as I'm spending more than i expected I need to get the pc on finance, not being in touch with my inner pc self I'm relying on the forums help. and I know recommending kit not from OCUK is not allowed which makes builds difficult.
