How does your persona change on the forum?

I try to be a bit more dipomatic on fourms, and I try to construct my sentances properly. as I know I will be picked up and its not that nice to see, as for spelling I can't help that..

otherwise if you don't like me put me on the ignour list and get on with your life.

I'm the same, I try to ensure that what i write reads ok... although i'm fairly sure it often has the opposite effect :p

Other than that though i think i'm pretty much the same.
 
I'm probably the reverse, and disguise myself in the real world.

I'm a lot more defensive on the forums than in real life, as in I act like I care more than I actually do.
 
Ahaha, well this is an interesting thread. I asked my Mrs online just now (as she lurks and stalks me here):

me: how would you say im different IRL to on OcUK forums babe?

I am the same person, with the same thoughts and opinions. I think I get more involved when discussing them online though. IRL there would come a point where I would just "meh" something.

I like to get on with most people, like IRL and if I ever seem abusive or sarcy it's usually because what I put will read differently online. Lost in online translation.

Also, I think I'm the same as Tank. I'm a great deal darker IRL but there is only so far you can go on a family friendly forum.
 
i swear a lot less online, am slightly more helpful to people online too in real life, i'm rude, crass, brutally honest regardless of feelings and generally not very nice unless you know me very very well i have a soft middle but a lot of hard exterior to break though
