How easy is it to take the XFX R290 DD apart

Thanks, I cant play modem games too well any more, as I cant manage the loads of keys that most games require nowadays, that's why I like my racing games:)
 
The problem is my left hand wont do what I tell it to and I can only press 1 key at a time and not very fast either. So for example, with fps I have the mouse to look, move forward and back, and reload and my dodgy left hand does the shooting and zooming.
