How easy is it to upgrade an iMac to SSD?

I should mention that it is possible to take the system to an Apple Authorised Service Provider, who will be able to install any SSD you want for a fee, without voiding your warranty.

It's a full sized drive. Like I said above its fast enough not to hinder my video editing so I don't see the absolute burning desire to fit an SSD anyway.

The OWC OptiBay seems like a good compromise if you don't need the optical drive.
