How far could I push this CPU?

Hi, I'm going to recieve my computer parts in the mail soon and was wondering after unlocking the four cores how far I could overclock the AMD 960 X2 stable.

I'll be using a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 CPU cooler instead of stock.

How do you know you can unlock them. Is it not luck of the draw. Only by clocking will you know how far you can go each chip clocks differently
