How fast does your PC post?

takes about 15 to 20 seconds, still have dvd drives before HDD's too! could knock afew seconds off

About 5 seconds.
Dunno why people are posting there specs. CPU, Ram etc have nothing to do with posting time. Its down to your motherboard & what settings you have selected in the bios...

Mine takes awhile due to the extra IDE controller being initialised

To a certain extent...

90% of it is mobo based... Options/Storage Controllers etc...
But when your PC is waaaay underclocked, or has double the RAM - It does make a difference.

I don't see anyone out with stopwatches tho.

About 14s then to 4 passes of the Windows loading bar.
