When i measure my waist its 34", but 34" jeans don't fit me properly and I need a belt.

I'm not a fatty though, 6'1 and 13 stone, if anything I'd say i was slim.

32" - around 5'9" - 11st 5lb this morning and I'm 49.

I see a lot of guys with 34" waist jeans and a gut hanging over their belt though. I don't think that counts as a narrow waist

Am 5'11" and somewhere around 10.5-11.5 stone. Depends on how much rubbish I eat and how much walking I do (with heavy pack during autumn months) and other exercise.

I'm around 21lbs and 6' tall. I've always been pretty heavy but am reasonably fit.

I need a bit of fat for the -20 winters...well that's my excuse anyway.

Currently down to a 42" waist, coming from 45". Have started eating healthier, cut out eating late at night after shift and have started using the gym at work.

Hoping to get down to 38" for the summer.
