I think it's a daft rule as well, as buyers look eleseware anyway, and can always join a forum that allows naming/disussion of companies.

If it is a really loud drive then the best way is to buy a quiet one. Otherwise look at drive caddies but for the money you may as well spend it on a more silent drive and a decent ATX case
