How good is the sound proofing on the Fractal Design Define R3 Midi Tower Case?

My GPU suffers from a small amount of capacitor/coil whine when idle and I was wondering if this case's soundproofing would be good enough to block the high pitched frequencies that I can hear when using my PC for office based work?

My overall goal here is quietness, and as such I don't push my hardware to the maximum as I always prefer to sacrifice a little performance for a bit of peace and quiet and thus I am not concerned by some of the posts on these forums about the cooling performance of this case.

Many thanks for any advice offered :-)

I have that case and its Very good insulation. Well, good insulation if you dont fill it with fans, it supports 7 fans.

Just a word of warning, a noisy PSU (like mine) will not be dampened but ive been informed if you put the tower ontop of a sheet of foam (not covering the vents) then it drastically reduces the noise. I really like this case its a good choice.
