How hot are you?

11.78v is well outside normal range for a 12v line. I'm not sure it would be so stable running something more intensive than web browsing...
Well I've just had a look, and MBM claims I'm running 11.33 and speedfan seems to think 10.82 :/
While they both sound ridiculously unhealthy I've been playing Hitman: Blood Money all day, and haven't had any problems with my computer recently at all - so it's probably a misreading.

3.33Ghz Desktop Prescott chip in it so a little bit toasty...

Depends on the system I guess, BIOS may be more accurate, or even use a voltmeter...

Yup.

Have had to learn not to touch the front left of the palm rest - gets to above 50°C as the HDD is there and the back of the machine gbers very hot duie to the CPU and the 128mb ATI 9800 back there. :eek:

Better off using a usb mouse and keyboard anyway. :D

But it's still best not to use it on your lap - roasted nads...

According to this mine is quite hot but it's one of those little XC Cubes and it's shoved in a cupboard. It's been running fine for ages so I don't really care

CPU's at about 49C so about 6C over usual.
Mind you it's a P4 2.4ghz OCed to 3ghz with stock cooling so I should probably get some extra cooling sorted out one day :o

x2 4400 at 2.6/2.6, 7800gt, v1000+ modded and Zalman Reserator 1+ on CPU only. :o

CPU = 31deg
Case = 29deg
HDD = 35deg
Raptor = 36deg
Graphics = 51deg

All quite normal here, only an increase of 1 deg over normal and these are the highest results from today.

GPU PCB: 38c
CPU idle: 39 (newcastle 3500+ at 2.65Ghz :p)
mobo: 20
GPU core: 70 (6800GT, they all run like this and it's at a silly high overclock)
ambient: 45
room temp: 24.5
