If that is on standard clock I would suggest re-seating the cpu as those temps are too high for standard clock
If those are idle temps then theyre pretty high, check that the cooler is seated properly and that the push pins are all making good contact with the mobo.
What case do you have, and how good is the air flow? (i.e. how many many fans intaking air/exhausting air, how messy are the cable's and do they obstruct air movement)

im OC'ed to 3.3, with a zalman 9500, and i get close to 80 degress with the fan on low voltage.
Rather have silence than cool parts though!
