How I fix sticky keyboard key?

I recently bought a brand new ASUS N550JK laptop and when I went to enter my password, I realised the number 1 key sticks and wouldn't bounce back up. I didn't spill anything as it is brand new.

Any thought. Should I return it?

Can't you just carefully remove the key and see if their is anything stuck under it or maybe one of the hinges has become lose ?

As above, if it's faulty just get it replaced
