The other day I was walking down a quite busy street and as I was walking I noticed a scuffle up ahead with 2 police men and a homeless looking guy. When I got closer it became apparent what was happening...
The homeless man had got a big cardboard box, like what a fridge would come in, and stood it up right and cut out a window and installed some sort reflective plastic film as a one way mirror. He had built himself what can only be described as a FAPPING HIDE. He had stood inside fapping at women who walk past.
Now why would that be illegal though? Nobody can SEE what he is doing, you can only guess.
Do you think that's good grounds to arrest someone? On a GUESS?
