What PSUs have those 8pin cables?

I've just (few weeks ago now ) bought a Coolermaster Realpower 850m, it's the best PSU i've personally used, it has 2 8 pin PCI-E Cables and 2 6 Pin PCI-E cables got it for £110

Don't worry, the next gen of graphics cards will need three 9 pin plugs and one 5 pin plug, just to keep everyone buying new PSUs

Hmmm, that is strange, i can only guess that it must be an older revision, when did u purchase it? I got mine towards the back end of last year.

Mine would have been ordered August last year from OcUK (I think it was on special TWO at the time).

Have checked the little bag with all the spare cables in and no 8 pin connectors in there. Oh well.

GX2 is long overdue, but much the same as last time the new single high end chips which will be faster come out a few months later.. so its probably imminent.

I heard once that you can have the cables sent to you from corsair, worth a shot imo.

All I can say is I hope the wait is worth it - I've been itching to grab the latest ATI X2 but have resisted all for my love for Nvidia... Lets hope they pull it off

Yup, no one seen that coming as soo as it was announced. Should be interesting to see how much they can overclock seeing as theres been enough speculation on these things putting out more heat than a nuclear power plant.
