how long can i keep my flat for

were do i stand on my housing association i going to move in with my girlfriend who has a three bedroom house. i have a flat that belongs to the housing association can i keep my flat just encase it go **** up i will be still paying for the flat .cheers

Neither of them owns the place so he fears he will be homeless should he lose the flat and the girl.

if you pay for the flat out of your own money, money you've worked for, yes you can keep the flat, if you're on the dole, then no you cant

Not legally, but they wont find out unless you're grassed. Anyway, it is legal to stay somewhere else for 3 nights a week anyway. Just make appearances every so often and keep the utilities going.

that's it i just need to no were i stand on this do i have to come back to my flat 3 times a week to stay or can i just stay around hers. and pay the rent

Shouldn't imagine you would have any issues unless the HA has rules that tenants must live in the flats, as, lets face it, HA properties are for needy people.
