I have started to get headaches which I think may be from computer use. I have just worked out my average hours spent on a computer each week which is 72. Clearly I need to cut this down but I was just wondering how long you spend on a computer each week whether it be at work at home and including console use?

Seriously, though it's about 1 hour before work, 9 hours during work, 4 hours after work, normally. 5 times a week. = 70 hours a working week.
Saturday and Sunday, around 8ish, each.
Total = 86 hours a week

Work = 40
Home week = 15-20
Home weekend = 5
So 65?
Try getting an air ionizer, you can get machines to do it, or get a more natural one like a salt lamp, I have one and certainly noticed the difference it made to my room as a whole.

Around 1-2 hours every couple of nights, when I get home from work.
I'm usually too tired to even be bothered checking the computer. If I do, it's usually just to check my emails/forums. On my days off, I'll usually play Spearhead or something for a couple of hours.

WTF? So you live on your computer or you don't sleep?
I am starting to drink more water, will see if it helps. I haven't had my eyes tested since I got them lasered. One eye has deteriorated a bit but there's no chance I'm getting spectacles again. The laser surgery gave me some dry eye so I suspect this might have a contribution.
Im on it like 5-6hrs a day more on w/e's too. Thing is I spend ages just looking on forums and not as much playing gamse, then I moan I dont get chance too when I have ages lol
Its no different to being sat infront of the TV all night like majority of the world, at least this is interactive.

about 60 hours id say, maybe more.
my eyes used to get sore but i discovered it was the air conditioning that was drying them out that was the problem. in a new office now and dont have any problems. get my eyes tested once a year.
probably gonna cut down soon though as it cant be good for you.
