How long does a mac code last for?

I requested my mac code from Nildram in october and recived it via email on 27 oct. Seeing as its now 27 nov, does this mean i cant use it?

It doesnt say anything in the email just, here is your mac code.

usually 30 days I think.

Also did u let them know you not used it as they may cancel your account.. i was told when leaving a ISP to let them know if u do not use it, as they will cancel ure account.
