This is the whole 'sitting in a bath means you are sitting in dirty water' drama again, how dirty do you honestly expect to be when you wake up?
If you always get into bed after having a shower, you aren't going to wake up dirty and if people do have a shower before bed and then sleep for 8 hours and think they need a shower again when they wake up, they are taking it way over the top.![]()
