I ate 3 rounds of bread like this before I realised they were all moldy when biting into the 4th.
Would I be advised to vomit or just suck it up and hope I make it through the night?

What would you normally do if you find a mouldy slice? Throw the rest of it away or just the mouldy slices?

Fixed that for you. Actually any spirit will do if consumed at the correct ratio of a double shot per slice of bread plus "one for the loaf" as we say in online doctor university (If you have your own stethoscope you too can qualify for just £99.99).

yeah, dho has been known to cause severe reactions with certain mould strains commonly found on bread.
