How long have you been a member of OcUK Forums?

I registered not long after the nuke, but there was an incident with my ex getting suspended and a don being a bit of a jerk as we had the same IP and we both ended up permabanned. I used another computer forum until their shop closed down and eventually I came here because all of the other places on offer sucked.
 
Have been here since before the nuke, not much of a poster as you can tell but couldnt do without my daily fix of OcUK!. Its the first and last place i visit.:D
 
Probably since around 99/00, originally started under a different username. Board has transformed massively in that time, can remember all the various transitions that have taken place and all the major 'dramas' :p

Long time really :o
 
I think it was 1998 or 1999 I aint sure. Signed up originally with the username Acid-Burn. Used to have a great time in the SETI Forum. Plus my old job we had our own version of the stomp monster :D

Ah I remember Acid Burn actually!:)

I was a member from the time Duron 800's were out, so I think around the same period (1998/1999)
 
Ahh, I came here around Aprilish 2003 but didn't actually register until December when I was after information in the graphics section about softmodding 9800se AIW's.
 
Think it was around '99 for me. Upgraded my first PC with a 550 > 750 Athlon from here as didn't want to do the freespeed pro mod, then got the 750 > 1ghz a few months later. Main person responsible for bringing me here was a guy called Mulda who was a Mod i seem to recall back in the early days, then just prior to the big nuke there was the big 'SETI' split when Mulda, Millhouse (do any of you remember the Millhouse Stat-o-matic for the seti team?), Mojo, Mincer, RiddlerMarc, M@tt, PMMeasures all decied to move on to form TPR and take a lot of the Seti guys with them. Still kept on here too though as was working in the same office/team as Gilly and Mulda, and you all know Jilly is a pillar (I'm sure it was pillar, at least it started with pill....) of the OcUK community!

I joined about the same time as you did. Hence the 2k bit in my username since afraser was already taken. :o

Always funny to think about all the little dramas that happened with the forum yet it's still here. :)

When a new member joins an existing member will "claim" the noob as his/her own.

You might wanna think about reading the rules on sigs if you want to stick around. There's very strict rules on size and type. Unfortunately for you, animated sigs were banner a loooooooooooong time ago :p
