How long is this "no flash support" limbo going to last?

I don't use a desktop anymore. It hasn't been turned on for about 3 months, there's nothing my tablet won't do so far.

Apart from anything involving flash!

I know adobe are letting it die and the world is moving over to html5, but when is this move actually going to happen?

I know you can sideload the flash apk and install it that way but actually getting it to work is quite hit and miss. Chrome says that the plug-in isn't supported for this version of android (jb), Opera works at random (open a youtube link and the page shows as "plug-in missing" for a moment before the youtube app opens, when you come back from the youtube app, the video is working in the browser!).

I tried to watch the pilot of tbe Zombieland tv show and the site told me that streaming isn't supported by linux and that I should use their app. Download the app and the show isn't on the list of available shows!
I tried to listen in on some of the police scanner feeds during the Boston manhunt, tried 3 different sites, none of them worked as I hadn't downloaded flash ....
The kids try to play their games (penguin, moshi, etc) some times they work, some times they freeze, sometimes they say I need to install flash. Or sometimes they load up fine and then say "Press space to continue"...... argh!

Anybody else getting bored of this lack of functionality?

I am sick of it, I have a n10 and it falls over with anything flash related, can't even watch a video on iPlayer.
