Hey guys a pretty pointless thread as im bored watching time tick by slowly but anyways! Im supposed to be going on a first proper date tonight with a girl ive known for ages and have been txting for a few months now! She usually takes ages to txt back, but i txt her at 16.10 today to see what time we should meet up and i haven't heard anything back yet?! Considering i was hoping to meet around 19.30-20.00 im starting to think she's gonna bin me off sooooo how long do you think i should wait before giving her a call? Just don't wanna ring her yet incase it makes me look like a stalker as i only txt her a couple of hours ago

See, this is where SMS trips a person up and puts them in an awkward situation.

If you had just called it would have been sorted and now you are stuck in the should I / shouldn't I place.

Really I am jealous as I get halfway through texting, get fed up and just call the person instead!
