How loud are 120mm Deltas at 7v?

im using a 120mm ystech 125cfm fan on a fan controller, on low, its silent and moves as much fan as my antec superlanboys clear rear fan.. when I bench etc, just turn it up a bit and its great...

on full, it lowered case temps massively, the cpu just never seems to get hot anymore on load.. lol

Is that at 5v on a fan controller or 7v?

i use to have 3 deltas 120mm plugged into powersupply...full whack..

got asked to turn it down at a LAN, they was stood with pieces of paper seeing how far they could get with the paper blowing..

Say i was wearing headphones while playing a game with the volume up pretty high, would i still be able to hear the deltas?

mate yes u ***, i was in a lan with headphones on and the headphones still couldnt block it.
