How many games at a time?

currently playing:

oblivion on PC
mario galaxy and zelda on wii
zelda and pokemon on DS
and occasioanlly PES on PSP

I can really only handle 1 story driven title at a time. Since getting MoH: Airborne rental I've not touched Mass Effect; I know if I do I just won't finish it.

I guess this explains why I've finished (if not 100% achievements) every game I've played on the 360.

Well I'm currently playing 4 xbox 360 games and 1 PS2 game.

But I don't play them all simultaneously, I play 1 till I'm bored, and then move on to the next one, till I'm bored, and then swap back or move on.

bad habit of mine to play lots of games at the same time: different types of game etc

bf2142
Pathologic
The Witcher
Uncharted Drakes Fortune
FFXII
Shadow Of Collossus
Deuteros (and about to start Red Storm Rising :) )
Neverwinter Nights 2
Arcanum of Steamworks Obscura
The Longest Journey (it will be :D)

I have to finish ^ before i can start its sequel Dreamfall (unopened)
Medieval 2 Total War and Stalker ive still got installed but not played in ages even though i think they're quality. Bought collectors edition of Medieval 2 and only played it twice!

And ive still got games incoming before end of 2007.
(ie Mafia, Silent Hunter 4, Oblivion GOTY ps3,)

There'll only be 1 single-player or heavily story/campaign based game I'll play at a time. Currently, that's Metroid Prime 3. I suppose I've really got a few saves on the go, but if I've left it too long I'll restart it. But I'll regularly play Street Fighter II & Sonic/Mario 3 on the VC, Rayman or Wario with the missus and PES on DS.

I normally hardcore session 1 game at a time on each console/PC. At the minute for example Im playing Kane & Lynch on the PS3, Crysis on PC and sweet FA on the 360. Play PES & COD4 etc tho with mates.

I always play:

Smash Bros
Mario Kart DS
StarCraft
Halo 3

and usually 3 others, which at the moment are:

Wii sports
Guitar Hero
New mario bros

I've got faaaar too many on the go atm...

DS :
Final Fantasy III
Final Fantasy V
Haven't yet finished either due to laziness. Add to this I'm recieving IV & VI Advance tomorrow, both of which will require a play through (despite having been completed on other formats). VI will definitely be started tomorrow...

PS3 :
I'm yet to finish Resistance & Motorstorm, both of which I got on release day, both of which I still thoroughly enjoy.
R6V - I'm stuck at the beginning of the Dam.
Kula World - Evil evil Kula World. Currently at level 80-odd.
Tekken 5 - I just want to play enough so that I can beat RP2000 and NumberOneDon EVERY time, rather than every other time ;)
COD4 - Currently at level 31...
Warhawk - More time needed here too.
Oblivion - I've finished the main campaign and most of the side quests, I just want a UK release of Shivering Isles.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance - A very fun (but flawed) game, that I really ought to put the hours into (I LOVE Marvel :p)

PS2 :
My progress in Final Fantasy XII halted the second that my PS3 arrived... I might transfer the saves one day, or just start again!

Then there's the fact that I want to replay Final Fantasy VIII at some point, though I'm making sure I don't do it until I've got a PocketStation... Incidentally, does anyone here have a PocketStation and FFVIII? It's the only way to get 100% completion ;)

THEN there's the fact that I've several Japanese version Final Fantasys that I intend to play through to learn Japanese! I need a Famicom first though!

I've probably forgotten a number of things here, and I haven't mentioned the PC RPGs....

*phew*

I was actually thinking about this the other day... I have the following ongoing at present..

Call Of Duty 4 on Veteran
Kane and Lynch (pc)
Ratchet and Clank
Lego Star Wars Complete Saga
Tomb Raider Anniversery
Halo 3 on Legendary
Mass Effect - 2nd playthrough
Gears Of War (pc)
Crysis
Bioshock on Hard
Saints Row pre GTA4 fix
Uncharted : Drakes Fortune

Too many. Some questions to those playing so many story driven games, how do you remember what's going on in all of them, where you were up to and do you have a track record of not finishing games?
