How many games do you buy on average per month for ps3/360?

On a side not you can buy nearly all ps3 games online for 36ish quid and as low as 31 if you import, but I see your point (just making you aware there is ways to get stuff without paying £40)

Its really easy to spend a tenner every other week but then when you look back and add it up.. :eek::D
 
I only by a game when the one i want comes out. This month i bought MGS4, in April i bought GTA4. I wont buy anything until something good comes out.
 
i would usually say 2-3 a month between my pc/360/ps3 but seeing as nothing amazing has come out for a while bar mgs and gta i havent been interested

i remember the most i got between paydays was 5
bioshock[pc], forza2[360], crysis[pc], orange box[pc] and ratchet and clank [ps3]

some of these were cheap and had been out a while

i tend to buy more if i see a game or two i have been intregued by at a low price [if its been out a while]
 
About 2 a month..

Bought 7 already and only had the Xbox just over a month. Buying games is addictive, I see ones I want but don't have time to play.
 
Im like nyims, i only buy games that i want, my last 2 purchases have been GTA 4 and MGS4, was about 3-5 months ago that i bought championship snooker 07 and a few months before that i bought TWPGA 08, thats from online shops, i do have a wee flutter from time to time with some of the psn games, have bought 4 from there
 
Depends how strong that month is for games releases, spring and summer are pretty slow so I buy less games per month at this time of year. In the autumn and winter I often buy 3 or 4 games per month some months because there are so many good titles coming out. Recently I bought Devil May Cry 4 and GTAIV and I'm going to get a PS3 soon, simply because I can't miss out on MGS4! Haven't bought a PC game in months, last one was Dawn of War Soulstorm probably. Tend to stick to the 360 just because it has such a strong release schedule and most of the multiplatform games are best on the 360. The games I'm going to buy this month are:

Alone in the Dark (360)
Guitar Hero Aerosmith (360)
 
I'm a bit out of hand with games really. I would say I purchase around 3-5 games a month, yet I will only play around 1-2 hours of each game. I just get bored or can't be bothered!!

I don't really know whats wrong with me! I love to game but i've lost heart in doing so. I seem to hype myself up about a game (old / new) buy it then never play it. I'm strange! :p

It's a tossup between what's out that month and what I can afford. And whether I see a bargain.

If i was to buy 1 new release, I would not buy 2. Although I could be tempted to go the route of Buy 1 get 1 free. With the cheaper older titles aswell as getting 1 new title
