How many hours do you sit and game?

Probably 1-2 hours if I'm doing single player or multiplayer with randoms. If it's multiplayer with mates that it can go on for 3-4 hours.
 
When I use to console game a couple years back I could play games all day with just food and toilet breaks. But now I can only play about 2 hours max on my PC or Xbox without havig to take a break and do something else before I go back on the game.

I cant get addicted anymore, I completed MGS4 in one go, I played COD4 and MGS online for long periods of times but I just cant do it anymore.
 
I've had very long sessions in the past but struggling to really feel immersed by any game recently, had a few longish sessions (2 hrs) on Crysis 2 but didn't feel fully immersed.

The Half Lifes, Deus Ex, Dragon Age, Oblivion and others seemed to speed up time, you'd sit down to play and the next thing you know several hours have passed, not sure if it's todays games or me but I can't seem to get into that mode nowadays.
 
Depends on the game really, single player games i struggle to play more then a hour unless there bioware games. Really struglging to remeber the last non bioware game i actually finshed. Oooooh yeah crysis warhead i only finshed that casue it was short though and even that took me many months.

If theres a online game i get into though i can easily play all night.

The honest answer would be between everything else. Were i to judge from most of the replies, id imagine i fit into that same bracket... back 10 years ago i sat on my **** all day ect.... wasn't life wonderfull.

Now you're looking at an hour, 30 mins on days you can, holidays, cold rainey days can be filled with lost hours in front of the screen:)

Today i gets an hour before gym, good enough:)
 
In years gone by I'm sure weeks have been lost, especially in UT99. However these days its an hour at the most.
 
Used to do all nighters, took 3 days off wOrk for bf2 and played 8am to 2am was mad I kept hearing the commanders voice in by head when trying to sleep I guess playing with phones on made it pretty much all I heard for 18 hours :eek:

Regularly played quake thru the night
 
Some days I cant play for more than an hour or two before getting bored but some days I can game all day.

Also depends what I am playing, at the moment finally getting round to playing through Mass Effect and I glance at the clock and realise 5 hours have passed :eek:
 
Think I played SWG for about 2days straight years ago, I was so ill afterwards I felt like I was dying. Used to also have some epic marathons on Soldier of Fortune 2.

Can't manage anywhere near that now, longest I've played lately is when me and a mate went through the whole of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light on Co-Op.

Think I've grown up :(:(
 
While I was without a job it could be up to 10 hours per day, but now I just get home and put some music on and before I know it's time to go to bed. Probably an hour a day during weekdays if I'm lucky. Even during these bank holidays I think I managed a few hours at most per day so far.

While I was at college with it's holidays I could probably sit on CS:S most of the day 11am-10pm ( with the odd 20 minutes away from the computer) but those days are long gone. Even during term time I'd come home and spend 5 hours every evening on a game.

Glad I'm not on it as much any more though.
 
Typically a couple of hours at a time. It's not that I get bored, its just hard to find the time to play with work and family commitments. I normally game ~ 11pm-1.00am when everyone else is asleep!
 
Longest I ever did was play 36 Hours straight when FF8 came out! :p Only stopped for pee breaks even had my mate bring me food as he watched me play! :D
 
I remember playing Thang for days, taking the opportunity to make toasties when the server went down and sleeping for odd hours whenever I needed it. Not really my cup of tea now, but raids are 3hrs or more and I can happily while away a whole morning on one game or the other.
