AVG
Volume
Quick Removal
Wallpaper changer
Slimserver
Theatretek Autokiller, whatever that is.
Utorrent

Why do you have Quicktime? Get rid of it, install Quicktime Alternative instead.
You don't need Realtek icon either, the soundcard works fine without it.

At the moment I have:

Downloading Update Shield (temp icon)
Steam
Network
Volume
Safely Remove Hardware
MSN

If it does not need to be there get rid of it. System Tray icons usually run as a seperate process so each icon is a process, not good. :)

Nokia, Printer and nVIDIA icons can be gone with, no need for them. Not sure what the rest of your icons are so I cannot comment. :)

What wallpaper changer are you using?

itunes, last.fm, thunderbird, msn, X-Fire, X-Lite (phone), DirectoryOpus, Volume Panel, AVG, Safely Remove Hardware, Ultramon.

Even if they do take up system resources, it's hardly going to grind any modern PC to a halt is it? I certainly haven't had any problems.
