How many press ups can you do?

No excuse my friend.

Where there is a will there is a way. If I have no access to a gym I will usually find ways to do stuff:

Push ups with feet on a chair
Dips between two objects
Pull ups on stair banistar/ door frame
stair sprints
lunges
inverted rows under the table calf raises on a raised object
box jumps

the list is endless.

Seconded. Whilst equipment makes training more convienient its more than possible to get an impressive physique with very few implements. Just requires that little bit more drive

That video is amazing, the guys doing press ups easily with his legs above his body in the air in a straight line ... I can't even begin to imagine how much strength is involved in that - and he was smiling while he did it :p

My press ups are non existent - probably just over 10 maybe 15 if I pushed it ... I don't really do much upper body strength work.
