How many programs in your Taskbar?

I've been repairing/diagnosing computer faults for years and one of the main problems is "My computer is slow".
Of course one of the culprits is too many programs on startup in the Taskbar.
I've just seen my world record on somebody's laptop - they have 55 running on Startup :eek:

Can anybody beat that?

Is that apps or sevices?

Just apps (54)

Yeh, but only twelve are enabled, or is that after you've been through and disabled them all? :eek:

Taskbar or system tray?

In tray I have:

NOD32
Thunderbird min'd to tray
mIRC
Live Messenger
foobar2000
Spotify

That's it.

Yes I disabled them.

Also NOD32 deleted around 30 threats and Malwarebytes deleted 305 threats
