How many punctures do you get?

0 - punctures
5 - slow punctures in the last year. Usually just fix with tyre weld.
2 - Blow outs.

I haven't had much luck on tyres recently :(. that's all in the last 12months.

I've had 1 in the last 3 years, that was in my first car, a peugeot 306 and cost £40 for a new tyre. Hope I don't get any on my current car as a new tyre is over £100.

I've had 3, 2 in the same car park:o

Last one was bad, had to drive with the tyre flat till I got to some level ground, shredded the tyre to bits and probably buckled the alloy:(

My local Rapid Fit luckily fixes punctures for free providing they don't need to replace the tyre. Is this all Rapid Fits? I know they are independently owned so I presume policy varies across the country.

I've had one caused by a screw wasnt repairable as i drove a short distance before i noticed the tyre was flat this weakend the sidewall.

Far better to park off the road.

ahhhh that's what happened at the RR, you were trying to avoid punctures so decided to park off road ;)

i've had 0 punctures in about 30-40k of driving, mix of motorway, industrial estates, country roads and normal streets

Nope.

I had 3 1/2 years of driving and two years on a motorbike with not even a puncture. Then the last 12months :(...

The last blow out ripped the steel cables apart in the side wall . gash about 3 inches long. On the inside of the wheel as well, so I can't see it being foul play.

Touch wood, not had one yet.

But when it does happen I'm ****** as no spare tyre and "tyre weld" is a bit touch n go and also ruins the tyre if its only a minor puncture.

Used to get a fair few when I had to take the missus to the farm for her horses daily. Oddly, now that I only use roads, none.

1 in a year..... (12k) and thats only because some chavs/yobs decided to put screws in 3 to 4 cars tyres in the staff carpark at work.....

Had one in around 4.5 years and around 150k miles of driving. It was in a company car too so didnt have to pay for it.

Lucky me :D

2 in about 60k miles of driving.

Both were hitting large rocks / stones in the road that I didn't see until too late in the dark.

I had one 2 weeks ago :(

I did a TLGP start a few years a ago knowing my tyres were and soon after had a flat tyre. I had worn the inside edge of the tyre to the canvas
