How many raid arrays?

I have the Asus P6X58D-E Intel X58 mobo and currently have two vertex 60gb ssd on raid 0 on the first two Intel ports plus two samsung 750gb in raid 0 on the next two ports.

My mobo will take another two hard drives but am I allowed to do a third raid? This may be a noob question but want to check before buying.

Was thinking of adding a couple of Samung 1Tb drives and putting them in raid as well for additional storage.

And should I get Samsung or is there a better option?

You should be able to run 3 independent arrays on the ICH10R but I can't find a document that says that in black & white.

I have 2 raid0 arrays too and I can't think of any reason why it won't take a 3rd as long as there are spare SATA ports available.
