How many tracks?

I am especially pleased for anyone who has a large collection that is all named consistently, rated correctly, and has all the relevant meta data as I think this is a most venerable thing.

All arranged nicely here *or will be again once the server is repaired....*

d:\music\%artist%\%album%\0%TN% - %title%

Tags should be correct on them all as well, Artist, album name, track number, track title, and lots of other guff.

Just working on a web frontend for streaming it around the flat, thinking of getting the server to recode on the fly as flac is not ideal for a slow wireless connection - 320kbps MP3 should do nicely though.

Thinking of trying to get it able to be streamed across the web so I can listen to it at work, but thats a lot more work tbh and I just can't be bothered.

Mine also should all be tagged correctly, in the following format..

C:\Music\%artist%\%album%\0%TN% - %title%

Feels kinda good to have it all organised, it just looks messy without correct capitals etc etc. :o

7191 at the moment, almost all stuff I've got on disc... Still not ripped any of the various artists or free CDs, or the tapes and vinyl, or the bootlegs. I never got the hang of downloading, too old :)

I have about 300 tracks. (A bit less actually). :p

I barely listen to music though, I find it distracting a lot of the time.

Well done to all those who have 15,000+ tracks, that is a rather good sized collection; I am especially pleased for anyone who has a large collection that is all named consistently, rated correctly, and has all the relevant meta data as I think this is a most venerable thing.

In the process of doing that, but it takes HOURS, so I've still got a good 80 gig that may or may not be correctly tagged.
