How much for a CPU loop?

AIO coolers perform about as well as a high end air cooler, custom water will be at worst 15c cooler at peak load.
Cost is what ever you want to spend tbh, but a minimum of ~£180 if you're buying everything new as a starting point, you'd also want to look at a case better then the Z9.
