How much is my system using in wattage?

Says it all in the title.

Gigabyte GA 970A DS3P
HD7870
Sandisk SSD
2TB Seagate HDD
Wireless Card
Sound Blaster Audigy SE
Fan Controller
Cooler Master Seidon 120M
7 120mm fan, 5 LED
550W XFX Pro550W PSU 80+ Bronze

Just wanting to know as I want to overclock again.

I would say around 300w tops, that's with both gpu and CPU loaded.

Your current PSU will be fine

Is that power draw or recommended PSU?

I had a look at a review on Andantech and they got around 300w including system whilst gaming.

But a plug in energy monitor Ocuk sell them.
