How much is this CPU worth ?

Just got myself a faster cpu, a P9500 2.53 ghz 6mb cache for my laptop (Samsung R560) and was wondering how much my old one is worth on the market. The old one is a P7350 2 ghz 3mb cache 1066fsb. Cant see any company on the web selling them so dont know how much they are worth new or old, the P7350 is about 3 months old.

Any ideas how much i should ask for it ?
