Afternoon people of OcUK.

I started my new job this week (yay!) but have noticed that there are no decent shops around for purchashing food. There is a CO-OP but the food there tastes a bit... odd.

The nearest places to me are McDonalds and KFC. How many could i eat a week before falling flat on my face and start having a heart attack?

I do exercise a lot so will burn off pretty much all the ****e contained in, but still... would you say 2 MAX?

Thank you, oh wise OcUK.

:)

How long is a piece of string.

Seriously it has to be completely individual, seeing as you exercise a lot you could probably eat it everyday :D

Mcdonalds = none
KFC = 1 a week on a friday as a 'treat'

Seriously...WTF?

Just make yourself some food at home and take that in :confused:

Where do you live, I am in pretty much the same situation where I live to. There is an Iceland (closest), then a Co-Op, then a Sainsburys a while further than either of the others...

Nvm job area, I should lrn to read before posting

Make dinner at home?

Not only will the cost of fast food be crazy over a week but your guts will hate you.

Make sandwiches, pasta etc at home.

LOL - I Know.
I don't know how anyone can describe Mc. Donald's, Burger King of KFC as a "treat".
I class them completely as a neccessity - so if I've been out onsite all day long and I need to stop off for a quick bite.

But certainly wouldn't make an actual informed choice to go.

Make your own sandwiches and just treat yourself to one every week/fortnight.

Would be a whole lot cheaper and will be better for you.

Aye. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
