how much sleep do you get on a week night?

If I'm up at 6am then I'm in bed for about 11. If I'm up at 8am then I'll usually stay up til around midnight before heading to bed.

5-6 hours, usually the same at weekends maybe an hour more. Not looking forward to the clocks going back this weekend as my sleep patterns are going to take a while to adjust :/

I like to get 9 a night, any less and im completely drained the next day, any more than 10 and i feel like i'm in another world.

I never get that much though cause as soon as I climb into bed i start thinking about too many things in my life and don't get to sleep for a couple hours.

I try to get between 7 and 9 hours a night, but is usually between 7 and 8.

Im on rolling shifts at work, a week at a time, the earliest being 7am start (10pm bedtime as I leave at 6 to get there) and the latest is 9.45am (bedtime at midnight and up at 8.45 ish).

I found that anything less have 6.5 hours leaves me knackered the next day and pretty much useless.

I use to be really bad, going to bed between midnight and 1am, getting up between 6:30 and 7:30. Every day I'd feel quite tired.

Since we came back from holiday we've been in bed asleep by 11pm, even if we're just in bed at 10 and "busy" or reading, chatting, wiping clean etc. it's more relaxing than anything else and the next day is frankly a lot easier at work, far more energy.

Regular sleep pattern is vital, even though I have stuff I'd like to do, I still get myself to bed. Weekends are vastly better.

Getting 8 hours now, makes a massive difference from 6-7.

During the week it's go to sleep around 22:30 and up at around 05:20 (at work for 07:00).

At the weekends I normally go to sleep around the same time but I'm up at 07:00 on Saturday and probably ~08:00 on Sunday.

If i'm lucky I sleep at about 3am and wake up at 7:30. So about 4 hours.

Sometimes I can't sleep till 6am. Usually Monday nights.
