How much to fix this dent - pics inside

At some point over the last few days someone has knocked into my car

I emailed one of those mobile dent guys, he wants £120 + VAT by the looks of the pics. Is that a bit steep?

The panel is stretched its not going to pop out so its going to be a more involved repair than just "popping" it out.

I got a dent out of my car and the guy wanted £60 for upto 5 corrections.

Same for me, if you can get it done for that price do it. The next step would be new panel + spraying and thats gonna be a hell of a lot more and probably look worse!

I had some done on mine and the guy was charging £50/hour and spent 3 hours on them. He also took out some light scratches etc as well (which I asked for).

I'm so glad I own a load of old sheds, I did a Dukes of Hazzard slide across my bonnet the other day acting like a prat after work in the car park and put a big arse shaped dent in the bonnet of the Civic.

It gives the car character.
