Hello everyone.. im looking for PSU and i dont know how much watts i must to by and if can handle it.. my currently system is :

2 x evga gtx260 (in sli mode)
2 hard drives 500gb each (in raid mode)
1 dvd drive
mobo: asus striker II formula
cpu: intel core2 Q6600

I also doing overclocking for my CPU and i want the maximum performance.. i thinking of 850w or 1000w PSU but 1000w PSU are very expensive.. will 850w could handle for my requirements or i must to go for more watts?
thank you....

You'd be surprised. the GTX260 is quite power hungry, but you should be fine on a 650W. 700 if you want to be sure :)

you'll need about 260w on the 12v rail for the cards themselves. another 200 for the pc..... a decent 600w psu will do you fine. it should do - its enough for two 8800gtx's in sli.

btw, the thermaltake psu calculator is probably the most accurate calculator out there - some of the others are WELL off.

I run the above but with H20 and a i7 @ 4.0GHz on an HX620 fine :)
