I fully understand why your sticking up for the case but at £500 its bloody tough sell.
it just looks like your peddling the shops goods, your a mod for the shops forum so not entirely unexpected but impartiality is appreciated
not really guys, i am justifying the price of ultra high end computer hardware
the reason it costs so much is because of how much it costs to make, import and then add 20% uk tax to it.
name another computer case you can fit two quad rads and a triple rad into quite easily.
its ease of use.
as i mentioned. it is high end and is in the same price bracket as the Mountain Mods, Little Devil and Danger Den cases.
this case isnt really designed to have a h50 and a ud3r installed in it.
the point of cases like this is so that you can slam a ud9 with tri sli and a full system water loop in.
this is an enthusuast product aimed at an enthusiast market.
regardless of the fact that my place of employment sells this item,
it seems that every time a case comes out that costs over £400, everyone has a massive hissy fit about it saying it is far too expensive
the reason that cases like this cost so much is because they are enthusiast product.
enthusiast products are not made in large quantities
enthusiast products cost more to make because of this
this is not a difficult concept to grasp but it seems to arise whenever a new high end case is released and the inevitable thread comes on case central -
"OMG LOOK AT HOW £££ THIS CASE IS - TOO MUCH TOO MUCH"
obviously i am not justifying the price of the case [or saying it is worth it] hence my comment about prefering the TJ07
however, this case has loads more potential for an ultra high end system and this is why it costs so much
cases in its class cost this much money.
all of my posts are impartial
i post here as an enthusiast. the fact i work for OcUK has very very little to do with my views on high end hardware
take a look at
this thread where i clearly express the same view on an item that OcUK will never sell.
