hmm this reminds me of a video i saw a while ago, if anyone could find it again i would much appreciate it.

it starts in slow mo of some Muslim/arab kid picking up a stone then cuts to an a solider pointing a rifle, the kid goes to throw the stone and the solider cocks the rifle(i think ), then the kid throws the stone when it cuts back the solider is holding the barrel of the rifle and hit's the stone with the but like a base ball and they shake hands or something.

thier shooting the stones not hitting them >.< its the kid that bats

I will be bloody worried if rudy got into the white house, his stance on the middle east is explosive.

Also wouldn't like to see that Huckabee elected, openly admits he doesn't believe in secularism! (actually that might have been romney, can't remember lol)

yeah, but which of the candidates would you like to see elected? None of them have what you'd call a balanced outlook on the world...
 
He thinks by showing you the issues the planet faces, by throwing them into your face on tv, will open you up to whats actually going on, you know its going on, but by showing you them clips, some of which you may now have seen, he thinks you will think to yourself "wait a minute, hes going to handle it better than Bush did!" which is rubbish, it can only be handled one way, and Bush has done what has been needed/possible to do.

No doubt the Americans are completely incapable of electing a none corrupt politician. But then again neither are we, since we just got sold out to the EU.

Must laugh though, apparently Hilary's whole attack on Obama is based around his middle name being Hussien and he did drugs when he was younger.

My opinion, let them rot in there corrupt self loathing and "embrace oil" life style.

I think the reason we see these videos as being awful is because we're not used to them. If you have a look at some of the other presidential TV advertisements, a lot of them have similar things/styles to this one, its just people in Britain arent used to it, all we get is Party Political Broadcasts.

What is it with Americans using that word? If a country doesn't use democracy it doesn't make them an enemy. They just use another system of politics.

Yup, but it is a nice way to start a war!

Lets face it, countries having 'leaders' doesn't work. Why are we even voting for a particular person? Broadcasts should be about parties and their plans and they should be supported by evidence in the form of readily available documentation.

In this day and age it is NOT enough to stand on a soap box and say I will solve all the problems of the world. It certainly isn't for me anyway! You have to have a plan and you have to follow that plan and yes it is okay to amend that plan should it not be working, but you still have to produce evidence as to why it is not and what your new plan of action is.
