How often do you browse auto trader?

Don't usually use AT but spent a quiet work day yesterday convincing myself a RS4 Avant would make superb financial sense :D

Was just browsing pickups on autotrader... 2018 3L V6 Amarok at £18K thought that was a bit cheap...

218,986 miles! by my calculations near £50K in fuel or about 17K a year (June 2018 registered)... I thought my fuel bill was bad on my V6 Navara..

Don't think I'd choose a pickup if I was doing 200+ miles a day without a good reason :s (hope that was business mileage).

I know a fair few people who drive pickups and worst I think is like £800/m in fuel.
Holy crap! In a manual as well? Dudes insane...

I'm hoping/assuming it is a business pool vehicle - doing that kind of mileage on UK roads in a manual pickup as an individual would be crazy. I do like a quarter of that and glad of my automatic.

It's one of those pickups that folk who drive on construction sites drive because it's a construction site. Yet you also see normal cars and vans parked on the site too. E.g. it's not really needed.

Depends what you are doing - 4 adults + equipment goes far more easily in a pickup than a car or most vans, etc. car might be fine unladen but lugging a few 100kg might be a different story and so on.
