How often do you post a facebook status?

For those that have it, the main questions in the title really, my lifes boring so dont have much to say! Who's in the same boat as me?

Sometimes I wish I was in the other boat, think we know what one that is

Now? Never. Used to maybe once or twice a week.

I dislike how the status update gets lost in your feed now. So tend not to bother.

Never. I update a painting once every month or so for relatives or whatnot to have a gander at.

The **** people post absolutely baffles me. I don't understand it.

Once a day on average I reckon, sometimes a lot less, sometimes more.

Agreed. If I post then it'll be something inciteful and informative

So probably 1-2 times a week.

I stick an update on every now and again if I have something interesting to say - but I have plenty of friends who update with crap like:

"I feel like having a sandwich."
"I'm now making a sandwich."
"I'm now eating the sandwich."
"I enjoyed the sandwich."

My housemate does a couple per day, it's utterly ridiculous. However having said that I have literally just posted my first one in a while!

If I do a status update the goal has to be to incite laughter or amuse readers in one way or another. The people who are genuinely interested in the dark swirling chaos that is my life do not watch my Facebook page to find out about it.

That being said, when somebody posts an update along the lines of 'omg can't believe they did that to me' then proceeds to answer questions with 'don't want to talk about it on facebook' I literally lose my **** and go into primal troll mode.
