for me its when it starts to get a bit fluffy, or when my mole hairs are too noticeable, why they grow 5x faster i don't know forcing me to shave the rest of my face when it isn't needed

Usually shave when it reaches the itchy stage. Been about a month this time and have gone past the itchy stage, so maybe I'll never shave again!!

for a 17 year old i have a suprisingly hairy face normally i can just take the grade off the hair trimers and trim it like that saves razor blades. I havent used foam and a razor in months, altho i do trim my top lip and bottom one with a razor and foam every other week. I leave the rest makes me look manly *manly rawr!*

A few months ago I was shaving every 2 weeks so ended up growing beards

I started shaving at a more reasonable rate of once a week a few weeks ago, still not ideal but I am too lazy to shave more often than that

Am a 19 year old student who is also trying to figure out how to get thicker hairs for stubble across more than just my chin, I realise the things your supposed to do for that is shave very often and wet shave- sadly I hate shaving often and also hate wet shaving so use electric most of the time.

Once a week normally, I really cba to shave every morning and since I'm not on the road yet no ones complains, if I'm going out to visit customers then I'll shave as and when. Left it to grow for about 2 weeks before, looked like a hobo might grow a beard though for a laugh one day, boss can't say anything as he has a beard

About every 2-3 days if i leave it any longer it feels like the razor is plucking the hairs out!! Got one of those new 5 blade jobbies..

I shave daily purely because its a routine I am in, before getting in the shower I will have a shave, its been this way ever since I started with a little bit on the top lip. I cant be doing with feeling all scratchy and my girlfriend hates itchy stubble

I have a full and lush beard. Gives me something to stroke in an intelligent and medative fashion in lectures. Plus it keeps food for me.

Saberu - unfortunately there isn't any way of coaxing hairs to grow through thicker or more stubbly. They'll get to that stage whenever they decide to. Also, a lot of men just don't grow stubble in certain areas - it's down to your genetic make-up as to where you physically have hair follicles. I'm like my dad in that I could never grow "proper" sideburns - all my stubble resides around my chin and top lip, and will do for the rest of my life. Some people on the other hand get stubble down the sides of their faces and could never grow a goatee. And some people get stubble under their eyes!
